We had a wonderful stay at Eden Penthouse Apartments in Zadar. The apartment was luxurious, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the sea and old town. The location was perfect, just a short walk across the bridge to the historic center. The host and staff were kind, helpful, and provided excellent communication. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed. We even extended our stay to enjoy another room with a slight sea view. It was truly a memorable experience for our family.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my stay at the Eden Penthouse in Zadar, I was impressed by two standout features. the provided database was incredibly useful for planning my activities and exploring the city. It offered a wide range of helpful information, including nearby restaurants, attractions, and transportation options. the room itself had a breathtaking view overlooking the city. Waking up to the sight of the beautiful Zadar skyline was a truly unforgettable experience.
Upon arrival, we were unaware that we needed to call the host prior to checking in.

The apartment was super cozy with a charming seating area and a big TV. I felt right at home!
Honestly, I would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

We had a fantastic time at Eden Penthouse Apartments in Zadar with our little ones! The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the charming old town. The apartment itself was spacious and modern, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with parking and great recommendations for family-friendly restaurants. Our children loved the apartment and we felt safe and secure with the locked building and two locked doors. It was a wonderful family experience!
For dads, it would be great if the apartment had an elevator.

Fantastic apartment. Spacious, clean, with stunning sea and city views. Great location near the bridge. Polite host, easy check-in. Safe outdoor parking. Well-equipped. Worth the price. Just a suggestion: rearrange beds for better view.

The apartments at Eden Penthouse Apartments in Zadar were absolutely amazing! The seating area was so cozy, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, which made cooking a breeze. Plus, the complimentary Wi-Fi was a nice touch!
Personally, I found the showers a bit cramped, but that's just my opinion. Others might still enjoy them.

The location of the apartment is amazing, as it is right across the pedestrian bridge from the old town. You can easily explore the charming streets, visit historical sites, and have a taste of the local culture. the apartment offers stunning views over the bridge, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful scenery during your stay. being situated next to the bridge that connects the new city with the old town over the water provides easy access to boat tours to the nearby islands, making it a perfect choice for those who want to explore the surrounding area.
Some areas of the apartment building are in need of maintenance, such as the public areas that are not properly cared for.

The apartment had a breathtaking view of the bridge and harbor, making it convenient for us to reach the old town. The minimalist and clean design of the apartment was impressive, with not a speck of dust to be found. The beds were comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. The reserved parking spot on site was a much appreciated convenience. a wonderful stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting.
Felt like a fairytale, no complaints at all.

The apartment at Eden Penthouse was absolutely stunning. The spaciousness and cleanliness made it a true gem. I couldn't believe my luck with the breathtaking view of the sea and the old city from the apartment. The location was unbeatable, being right by the bridge connecting the new city with the old town. The host was incredibly polite and made us feel welcomed upon arrival. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and more, truly well-equipped. And let's not forget about the reserved outdoor parking, which gave us peace of mind. Despite the mention of stairs in previous reviews, I found them to be wide and not steep at all, so they weren't a problem. The only suggestion I have is to rearrange the beds, putting the double bed in the front bedroom with the best view. However, even with this minor point, the apartment and view were well worth the splurge. I highly recommend Eden Penthouse Apartments.

Incredible view of the sea and old city, convenient location near the bridge, and well-equipped apartment.
No elevator and the shower leaked, but staff was friendly and helped with the stairs.
